Which areas do Cook & Bathe deliver to?
Cook & Bathe delivers to customers across Australia. Deliveries within the Greater Melbourne region are fulfilled by Cook & Bathe’s own transport fleet. Deliveries outside of this area are managed by a trusted third-party courier service.
How long after I place my order will it be dispatched?
If the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched within three to four business days. If the item is not currently in stock, it may take five to ten business days to arrive before it can be dispatched. In these cases, there may be a delay in the dispatch date.
Am I able to track my order and delivery status?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing all relevant order details and contact information. If you would like to speak with a member of our dispatch team, you are welcome to contact us on (03) 9376 2299.
Can I modify my order?
Orders cannot be amended once they have been received. If you require additional items, you will need to place a new order. You may cancel your existing order provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team on (03) 9376 2299.
I need items urgently, what can I do?
If you require items urgently, please contact our Customer Service team on (03) 9376 2299. We will do our best to assist with your request based on stock availability and delivery timelines.
Do deliveries require a signature on delivery?
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery of goods. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the courier may provide instructions for redelivery or collection, depending on their procedures.
What if there is an item missing from my delivery?
If any item is missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team on (03) 9376 2299. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How does warehouse pickup work?
Once your order is ready for collection, a member of our team will contact you and provide a unique pickup number. This number must be presented when collecting your order. Goods cannot be collected without a pickup number. Pickup is available during standard business hours at the selected location.
