How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost is $99. Outside the Melbourne Metropolitan area, the delivery cost will be provided on request.
How long after I place my order will it be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched in 3-4 business days assuming the product is in stock. Stock can take up 5-10 business days to arrive before dispatch which can cause delays in dispatch date.
Am I able to track my order and delivery status?
When your order has been processed you will receive an email with all the relevant order information along with the contact details. Should you with to talk to a member of our despatch team, please call (03) 93762299.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been received unfortunately it cannot be amended. You can place a new order for additional product requirements. You can also cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team on (03) 93762299 to check the status of your order.

Do deliveries require a signature on delivery?
A signature will be required on the delivery of goods.

How does warehouse pickup work?
Once you have placed your order a team member will contact you when your goods are ready for collection and provide you with a pickup number. Goods can then be collected during business hours at the selected location. Goods CANNOT be collected without a pickup number.
