At Cook & Bathe, we accept returns on stocked items if you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or ordered too many - provided the return meets the following conditions:

• The product must be returned at your own expense.
• Returns must be made within 7 days of acquiring the product.
• Items must be in original condition with packaging intact and unmarked.

For non-stocked products, a 25% restocking fee applies and the same return conditions must be met. Special orders, such as custom colours or configurations, are not eligible for return.

Please note: Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Damage claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Yes, we offer Click & Collect from our Melbourne warehouse in Campbellfield. During checkout, simply select “Pick up” as your delivery method. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Cook & Bathe is a trusted supplier of premium kitchen, bathroom, and laundry products, but we do not offer installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed tradesperson or installer to ensure your appliances, tapware, or plumbing fixtures are fitted correctly and in compliance with Australian standards.
